On 28.03.24 the second Erasmus+ Workshop “Increasing of digital knowledge in health care to enhance personalized medicine in the future” was held at the National Natural and Mathematical High School “Acad.Lyubomir Chakalov” in Sofia. The course was held in the school of Prof. Lyubomir Chakalak.

A part of the team of SMDL “Kandilarov” gave a presentation on “Innovations in the study of the intestinal microbiome and prenatal tests as approaches in personalized medicine” to students from 10th to 12th grade. Information was presented on the possibilities of modern medicine for preventive purposes and the application of digitalization in laboratory tests.

It was a pleasure to visit the high school and meet young people who have chosen science as their career.
